Who Needs to Apply? (Eligibility & Exemptions)
If you missed the first phase of OJEE or JEE MAIN, this is your chance. However, there are specific exemptions:
- Exemption: Candidates who have already appeared and secured a rank in JEE MAIN 2026 (for B.Tech) or OJEE 2026 (for other courses) do not need to appear for the 2nd / Special OJEE.
- Outside State Candidates: Please note that candidates from outside Odisha are not eligible for admission into Government Colleges. They are, however, eligible for admission into Private Colleges in the state.
Syllabus for 2nd / Special OJEE 2026
The syllabus remains standard to ensure fairness across all phases:
- For B.Tech: The syllabus is identical to the JEE MAIN 2026 syllabus.
- For All Other Courses: The syllabus is the same as the regular OJEE 2026 conducted in May 2026.
